I don't think I will ever read another birth story as powerful as this one

I will warn you that it is very emotional. The baby has downs syndrome and they didn't know before she was born.

That was beautiful - I'm sitting her with tears streaming down my face. It was just so beautifully written and how absolutely stunning are those photos. The pediatrician sounds just beautiful - what an amazingly wonderful way to start that conversation. I'm going to have to read that again when I've stopped crying.

That is one of the most beautiful, hearbreaking and uplifting pieces of writing I have ever read! If only the love and emotion in that story could be bottled and shared among those who have none, the world would be such a better place.

I read this story a week or so before I gave birth and it was so amazing and gave me so much courage and strength to go through the experience of bringing a new life into the world.
    A beautiful and strong story!
